      <image:title>About - I’m Kirsty,</image:title>
      <image:caption>I'm an HCPC registered and Chartered Physiotherapist, specialising in MSK and women's and pelvic health physiotherapy - and honestly, I think I've got the best job in the world! Helping people move freely, feel strong, and live without pain holding them back? That never gets old. My story didn't start in a clinic, though. It started back in 2017 in the world of fitness and rehab, working closely with people to build strength and confidence in their bodies. The more I worked with people, the more curious I became about the *why* behind their pain, their injuries and their recovery. That curiosity took me all the way to qualifying as a physiotherapist in 2025, blending together everything I'd learned as a coach with evidence based practice and clinical expertise. And that combination is what makes my approach a little different. I get the clinical stuff, but I also get real life - the school run, the gym sessions, the work deadlines, the "I just want to feel like me again." I won't just treat your symptoms and wave you off. I'll look at the whole picture, find what's really going on, and walk with you from your very first appointment right through to a confident return to doing what you love.
