Below you will find the link to the Health Questionnaire which you are required to complete before beginning the programme.
This is a non-negotiable part of attending as I need to be made aware of any contraindications you may have, as it may mean you need to perform alternative movements.
Contraindications include:
COPD
EDS Vascular
Heart conditions (included uncontrolled blood pressure)
Recent surgery
Pregnancy (only for apnoea breath)
Within 6 weeks post vaginal birth and 12 weeks post c-section
Shoulder conditions (for programme modifications)
Digestive conditions (e.g. IBS during a flare up)
Hernia

I will check to see that you have completed this questionnaire - if you fail to complete it, I will restrict your access to the programme until you have completed the form.
Equipment
Warm up & equipment
We will always start the sessions with some warm up and release work - if you can get yourself a set of massage balls (if you don’t already have any), it will be useful for your progression and releasing tension.
We focus on glute release, foot release, hands and ribs.
Click here to buy the massage balls I recommend (as they come in three sizes suitable for the release work).
You can do the release work with spiky massage balls, but they are a bit more intense!!!
