MSK Physiotherapy

Move freely. Live comfortably. Get back to you.

Aching back? Sore shoulder? A knee that just won't settle?

I get it — pain is frustrating, it's draining, and it has a sneaky way of getting in the way of everything you enjoy. The good news? You don't have to just put up with it.

As a Physiotherapist with a fitness and rehab background going right back to 2017, I take a proper whole-body look at what's going on — not just where it hurts, but *why* it hurts.

So, what is MSK physiotherapy?

MSK (musculoskeletal) physio is all about your muscles, joints, ligaments, tendons and nerves - basically, everything that lets you move.

By combining a thorough assessment, hands-on treatment, the right exercises and a good chat about what's going on, we can ease your pain, get you moving better, and stop the problem coming back.

What can you help with?

  • Back and neck pain

  • Stiff or sore joints - shoulders, hips, knees, ankles, you name it

  • Sports and gym injuries

  • Muscle strains, ligament sprains and tendon trouble

  • Posture and overuse niggles

  • Getting ready for, or recovering from, surgery

  • Those everyday aches that are stopping you doing what you love

What actually happens in a session?

We'll start with a proper conversation - your symptoms, your history, and what you're hoping to get back to. Then I'll do a thorough physical assessment, explain what I find in plain language, and build a plan that's made just for you.

That might include hands-on treatment, a personalised exercise programme, some movement retraining, and practical tips to help you between sessions. And because I'm a personal trainer too, I won't stop the moment your pain eases. I'll guide you all the way back to full strength and the activities you've been missing.
